Shipping

All of our products are shipped via a tracked service.

we offer a 24 hour or 48 hour service, also next day special delivery by 1pm insured for £500 or £1000 services within the UK.

We are not responsible for your order once we have despatched it, proof of postage and a tracking number will be provided.
The option of a fully insured service is provided for your protection, if you do not choose an insured service, loss or damage is at your own risk. 

Shipping to Europe and other countries is via Royal Mail international track and trace.

Insurance is not an option with this service.

For shipping to destinations outside of the UK and Europe please contact us for an exact shipping cost.

International Postage:
Items may be subject to customs charges, we have to declare the value of the items to comply with customs declaration laws.
As the purchaser you should be aware that delays are possible for customs inspection, import duties and taxes may apply which the purchaser is responsible for, fees are payable at the point of delivery or collection.
Your country's customs office can offer further information.

We apologise for no longer accepting paypal, 3% of all transaction fees including postage which we charge at cost, is too much and we do not want to increase our prices to cover this.
